DEC Council Meeting and Third Internal Seminar

On Monday, May 27th, the Department of Decision Sciences (DEC) held its DEC Council meeting, exclusive to department members, which set the stage for the evening's activities.

Following the council meeting, the DEC hosted the third seminar in the Internal Seminar Series. The seminar featured Hugo Lavenant, who joined the DEC in 2020, delivering a talk titled "Lifting Functionals Defined on Maps to Measure-Valued Maps."

An intermezzo from 19:00 to 19:45 fascinated the audience with classical music and kept them engaged before the event concluded with a department dinner. This DEC internal event provided an opportunity for everyone, including partners, spouses, and families, to gather before the summer break.
