"Advances in Bayesian Statistics: An International Workshop in Honor of Piero Veronese" will take place on June 12, 2023.

The workshop will gather internationally leading scholars in Bayesian Statistics to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Professor Piero Veronese throughout his academic carrier, as a deep and most authoritative expert in Bayesian Statistics and as a wonderful professor for generations of students.

Professor Veronese has been an integral part of our department, dedicating his entire 40-year academic journey to Bocconi University. He also served as the director of our department from 2008 to 2013 with a total commitment.
