Guido Osimo
Lecturer Senior at Università Bocconi since 01/03/2012.
Born in Milano on 20/07/1961; married, with two kids. I graduated in Mathematics on 14/02/1989 at Università degli Studi di Milano. I taught Mathematics in secondary schools from year 1989/90 to year 1996/1997. I have been teaching at Università Bocconi since academic year 1994/95, and I have been appointed as a Lecturer and then as a Lecturer Senior at Università Bocconi since 01/03/2002. I am the Course Director of the course Precorso di Matematica – Preparatory Course in Mathematics for all Undergraduate courses and I am the Assistant to the Director of the BAI Undergraduate Program.
Research interests
Mathematical Education. Use of technology in education.
Teaching
- I am the Course Director of the course 30122 Precorso di Matematica – Preparatory Course in Mathematics for all Undergraduate courses.
- I collaborate with the Course Directors in managing various activities for the courses 30062 Matematica Generale – General Mathematics, 30063 Matematica Applicata – Applied Mathematics, and 30542 Mathematical Analysis.
- I am the Assistant to the Director of the BAI Undergraduate Program.
